Daisy Chain Childminding

After having my twin daughters I gained a L3 NVQ in childcare and education. I then began to work at the local primary school and worked my way up to a L3 teaching assistant.

 The 11 valuable years I spent there gave me a wealth of experience, working with all ages, as a learning support assistant, running an out of school club, covering whole classes and as a key worker in the foundation unit which I loved.

Mark and I married in 2007 and after having our son in 2010 it was then I decided to become a childminder. We extended our home to create a dedicated playroom for the children and have never looked back.

After a year, Mark was so jealous of all the fun we were having he decided to join me and therefore enhancing and extending our business.

Mark is also a dad to three grown up boys, so between us we have lots of experience with children of every age.
